Gila County Recorder Documents
The Recorder maintains deeds, mortgages, liens, and other recorded documents. Records from 1985 to present are searchable online. Earlier records require an in-person visit.
The Gila County Recorder Search lets you find documents by name, document type, or recording date. The database covers records from 1985 forward. You can view basic index information and order copies online.
Gila County has two Recorder offices. The Globe office is at 1400 E. Ash St., phone (928) 402-8740. The Payson office is at 707 S. Colcord Rd., phone (928) 474-7139. In-person copies cost $0.25 per page. Online copies from the recorder search are $1 per page unofficial.
Gila County Assessor Property Records
The Assessor tracks property values and ownership for tax purposes. You can search these records online for free.
The Gila County Assessor Search lets you look up properties by address, owner name, or parcel number. Results show assessed values, property details, and ownership information.
The Treasurer Tax Search shows property tax amounts and payment status. This helps when you need to verify taxes are current on a property.

Gila County Court Records
